How much does the service cost?
Complete Application Support + Urgent Appointment ⚡ is AED 1,800 + VAT per applicant. Appointment Booking Only is AED 1,200 + VAT per applicant. Government fees, visa application centre fees and other third party costs are separate where applicable.
What visa types do you offer?
We provide tourist visas, business visas and nanny visas for the entire Schengen zone. All are short-stay applications prepared by the same Dubai-based team.
Is the consultation really free?
Yes. You complete the short form, our team contacts you, and you decide after the call. No card details are ever collected on this website.
Is FastSchengen part of VisaDoctor?
Yes. FastSchengen is the dedicated Schengen visa assistance platform operated by the VisaDoctor team in the UAE. Same company, same office in Dubai Sports City, same support number.
Are you an embassy, VFS or BLS?
No. FastSchengen is a private application support service. We are not an embassy, consulate, government authority, VFS Global or BLS International, and we make no visa decisions.
Can you guarantee my visa will be approved?
No agency can, and you should be wary of any that claims to. What we can do is prepare your file to the standard your destination actually examines against, which is where most avoidable refusals happen.

Complete Application Support + Urgent Appointment ⚡ covers everything: every document prepared for you, with priority handling from a dedicated case handler. Appointment Booking Only secures your appointment while you prepare your own documents.
How long does the embassy take to decide?
Embassies usually decide within 15 calendar days of submission, as set by the Schengen Visa Code. Some cases take longer, up to 45 days, and busy seasons can stretch timelines. We prepare your file so it gives the embassy no reason to slow down.
What happens after I send the form?
Our team reviews your details and contacts you on your preferred channel, usually the same working day, to confirm scope, timing and fees before anything begins.
Can you handle my whole family's applications?
Yes. Tell us the number of applicants in the form. Families are our daily bread, and we keep every traveller's file consistent, including children's consent documents.
Do you help after a previous refusal?
We prepare new applications only. If you have been refused before, tell us in the form. It affects how your new file should be prepared, and we will advise honestly during your consultation.
