Terms and Conditions

The service. FastSchengen ("we", "us"), a Schengen visa assistance service operated by the VisaDoctor team (Operated by the VisaDoctor team · SPC Free Zone, Sharjah · Licence 4417571.01), Office 311, Stadium Point, Dubai Sports City, Dubai, UAE. We provide private visa application assistance for new Schengen applications: document review, application preparation, reservations for visa purposes, appointment booking assistance and related support. We are not an embassy, consulate, government authority, VFS Global or BLS International.

No outcome guarantee. Visa decisions and appointment availability rest solely with the relevant diplomatic authorities and their providers. Fees pay for professional preparation work, not for an outcome.

Fees. The professional fee is AED 1,800 + VAT per applicant, agreed and paid after your free consultation. Government, visa centre and third party fees are separate and payable by you at submission. No payment is collected through this website.

Your responsibilities. You must provide truthful, complete information and genuine documents. We refuse work on files containing falsified material, with no refund of work already performed.

Liability. To the extent permitted by UAE law, our liability is limited to the professional fee paid. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
