Refund and Cancellation Policy

Before work begins. Cancel any time before your document checklist is issued and your file is opened: full refund of the professional fee.

After work begins. Once your case handler has opened your file and issued your checklist, half of the professional fee is refundable until documents have been reviewed or prepared. After substantive preparation, meaning review notes delivered, forms completed or the cover letter drafted, the fee is non-refundable.

Urgent Appointment cases. Because priority work starts the same working day, urgent cases become non-refundable once preparation has started.

If we cannot serve you. If we decline your case, or cannot deliver the agreed service, you receive a full refund.

Government and centre fees. These are paid to third parties and follow their rules. They are outside our control and not refundable by us.
